We inform you that from July 1st the IQS Library will open its doors.
WHEN?
-From 1 to 3 July: 9-19:30h.
-From 6 to 31 July: MO-FRI from 9-15h. (see full calendar on the website).
WHERE?
-Only the Library of the Engineering building is open. The Study Room will remain closed.
WHO?
-Only open for IQS students/PDI/PAS. No other users will be allowed to enter.
HOW?
-At all times you must follow the instructions given by the staff (use of hydroalcoholic gel before entering the Library, use of a mask, reading points that can be used, directions for access and exit, etc.)
-If you plan to stay and study in the Library, the capacity will be approximately 30%, in order to maintain the current safety distances.
-Only individual study is allowed, no group seating.
-The book collection is not available in free access, if you are interested in any document you should ask the library staff.
-The computers and the self-service printer may not be used.
RESERVATIONS, LOANS AND RETURNS
-STUDENTS/PDI/PAS IQS: It is recommended that you make reservations for the documents that interest you, so that you can have them ready and you only have to pick them up at the counter.
-The documents that you have on loan have a maximum return date of September 15, but you can return them from July 1, both at the Library counter and in the return box in the Study Hall of the School of Management building. Please do not return documents to reception.
-STUDENTS/PDI/PAS URL: You can make the reservation online and we will inform you when we have it ready for collection.
-STUDENTS/PDI/PAS OTHER UNIVERSITIES (CSUC): Send us an e-mail to biblioteca@iqs.url.edu asking for the documents you are interested in and we will have them ready for you to pick them up.
