The following groups can access the IQS Library:

• Members of the IQS university community: students, doctoral students, teaching and research staff, administrative and technical staff, and alumni.
• Members of Universitat Ramon Llull.
• Users of the libraries of the Consortium of University Services of Catalonia (CSUC).

Under the following conditions:

• Presentation of a valid URL university ID card or external center ID card.
• During times of high demand, measures may be taken to prioritize access for IQS users.

Users of the IQS Library must comply with the following rules:

• Maintain a suitable working environment and avoid any activity that causes disturbance or prevents other users from studying.
• Keep mobile phones and other devices on silent mode and do not answer calls inside the library.
• To maintain the safety and cleanliness of the premises, food and drinks (except water) are not allowed.
• Follow the instructions of the library staff.
• Respect the equipment, materials, and facilities.
• Leave consulted documents on the carts distributed throughout the rooms.
• Be responsible for your belongings and do not leave them unattended.

Library staff may take measures to regulate access when the established rules are not followed.

Users of the IQS Library must comply with the following rules:

• Respect the loan conditions and return the documents to the library staff at the counter.
• Respect current intellectual property rights when making copies, scans, and distributing documents from the library’s collection.
• Respect the legal conditions of the electronic resources subscribed to, complying with individual use and for educational or research purposes.

Library staff may take measures to regulate access and use of services when established rules are not followed.
