Abstract Sonus is a nightlife establishment in Sitges, focused mainly on electronic music. The business idea arises from our great interest in this musical style, and the great demand that currently exists for an establishment that reproduces this genre. Our objective is to be able to satisfy this demand by offering a unique and differential place, based on the different music and lighting equipment, the decorations and being able to see the best disc jockeys of the moment. It will also be of utmost importance to ensure a safe environment through our policies. The establishment where the business activity will be carried out is located in an industrial area, near the urbanization of Mas Alba, Sitges. It is a strategic location where we will avoid problems derived from noise pollution and we will not disturb any resident. Sitges has a unique seasonal tourism. The facilities have a total of 1,154 m2, divided into two floors, with the capacity to accommodate a maximum capacity of 1,200 people. In addition, we have the latest technology in light and sound to offer a unique experience to our customers. Not just a dance hall but a show of lights, sound and action. As if we merge music, theater and art in a joint show. To attract customers and promote our company, we will focus on advertising through social networks and we will have a public relations team. Sonus' revenue model will be divided into four main sources: Tickets, reserved areas, drinks and wardrobes. The legal form of Sonus will be a Limited Company, constituted by two joint partners who will contribute a share capital of 170,000 euros with a 50% representation each. To start up the business, apart from the share capital, it will be necessary to request a loan of 1,400,000 euros, together with the leasing of the industrial building, which has a total value of 639,000 euros, both to be financed over the next 10 years. In the first year of the exercise, losses of more than 100,000 euros will be obtained, but from the second year of activity, very favorable benefits and returns are already obtained, which indicate that the company would be viable. |
