Abstract
The Padel market is a sector which is growing at a huge rate each year, this not only gives the sport more fame, but also grants people opportunities with huge economical upside. Therefore, we decided to innovate and upgrade the current news outlets regarding Padel. Moreover, we will not only release news to be kept up to date, but also exclusive interviews and short documentaries about players.
Looking at the financial side of this company, we expect our first positive month to be may of the first year. Although this is our first positive month, seasonality will lead to some negative months after may. From November of the second year on we will have completely positive results per month, even after considering seasonality.
When looking at the Profit & Loss account, at the end of the year we end up with debt and the result is negative, however, it is normal for a new built company to register losses on their first year of activity, as there is usually more spending than earnings. This result is also due to the first 3 months having no profits as we will have to create our company, recruit our employees and in the end develop and launch our service.
Analyzing the profit & loss statement for year 2 of activity, we can notice that this year we have a positive result of 51.532,90€.
