Abstract

Currently, socializing and taking care of oneself is a very common activity in the majority of the population. Socialization is one of the most important points in people's lives and is one of the things that makes the difference between being happy or not being happy. The most common socializing activity in big cities, which is where most of the world's population resides, is the famous: "let's go for a drink." Analyzing that this act of socialization is one of the most common in the world and that we are in a time when taking care of oneself is well regarded, we have created a product that helps to do both in the same act. In other words, you can socialize by going for a drink with your friends or family and at the same time take care of yourself by consuming a natural product and with a ridiculous amount of alcohol. We know that it is a very new product for the Spanish market, but it is a product that is not so new worldwide, since in the United States it is a market that has increased exponentially in a matter of a year due to its acceptance in the market. That is why it is not known today in the Spanish market, but in a short time it is likely to increase exponentially since it is a need that today is not covered in the Spanish market and according to our references We find that, in Europe, more specifically in Spain, it has a very high public objective. Mainly, our project is aimed at a young audience, between 18 and 40 years old, who wants, as we said before, to socialize and take care of themselves. Our competitive advantage is that we are one of the first brands to launch this product on the Spanish market, with which, if things are done well, we should gain a market share that, if they like the product, is a fixed market share. and faithful, which is what we are looking for. In principle, forecast sales are 95,929 units in the first year, 153,846 units in the second year and 207,692 units in the third year. The management of the project will be carried out by both partners, Carlos Mosella and Marc Rodríguez, so for now we plan to carry out the economic activity on our own. Regarding the financial part, we observe that in the three years we have a positive treasury, an optimistic data that indicates that we will have permanent availability of sufficient funds to face the payments. As expected, the first year we will have losses of -8,625.66 because we will be entering the market and we will not yet have all our potential customers. From the second year, we will no longer have losses since we will have profits, although very reduced. It will not be until the third year, in which we will already have greater benefits. The situation we are experiencing worldwide today is negatively affecting countless companies. Our project was started in September 2021, keeping in mind at all times the situation created by Covid-19 and the war in Ukraine. Therefore, in certain sections of the work we have seen the need to mention it.
As for the repercussions that the situation could have on our project, we have been exposing them throughout the work. It is important to keep this in mind as it could affect our income and our development plan for the project, as well as our objectives as a brand.
