Abstract This project proposes the financial planning of a Colombian family of four that resides in Barcelona, Spain due to new job opportunities. Being a family in a new country, its objectives are to buy a habitual residence, vehicles, ensure the education of the children and be able to access a pension at the time of retirement. To achieve its objectives, two investment alternatives are proposed, the first using investment funds considering a conservative risk profile and the second assuming an aggressive risk profile. Finally, a comparison will be made between both alternatives and one of the two will be suggested as a form of investment to achieve the objectives set considering the risk profile of the clients. |
