Abstract

In this business plan we will study the possibility of starting a digital marketing agency. Our main objective has been to find an opportunity to differentiate ourselves in this highly competitive market and achieve a sustainable business starting with low resources. Regarding this goal we paid close attention to the situation of the market and the contextual circumstances affecting our business. This enabled us to get a good perspective on the existing possibilities that could lead to success.
We tried to base our decisions in data as well as applying the concepts and knowledge learned through the last 4 years at IQS.
In conclusion this project has allowed us to apply what we learned this years in the very practical and holistic way that is building a business plan and we think we ended up with a document containing the required information to analyze the market and a strategy to create a business based on that information.
