Abstract

The presented work deals with the study of the different types, forms as well as the manufacture of the profiles to cut labels as well as his impression in 3D.
The cutting profiles are inherent in flexible plates that are magnetically attached to cylinders, which are cut synchronously from the different types of labels.
In addition to the study of the cutting profiles, it is also necessary to mention the material in which it is worked, such as the paper, the substrate used as well as the adhesion, due to the fact that there are different types of weight for the specific activity. these tags are intended.
We study the loads involved in the magnetic cylinders, according to dimensions to determine if they are optimal.
We indicate the types of machines that exist in the label cutting industry as well as their characteristics and their use for the required activities.
With all the information provided by manufacturers, in addition to thorough bibliographic research, it is intended to manufacture a prototype cutting profile on a 3D printer that meets the required cutting standards.
