Abstract

Our business idea arises from an unmet need that we have observed in the world of fashion. Within this sector there are immensity of brands of all types and tastes. Most brands follow the same quality-price pattern, that is, the price of their parts depends on their quality. We want to be a different and exclusive clothing brand, that is why our pattern will consist of the originality of our designs-prices. An exclusive brand associates prices that are unattainable for a normal person and this is not our idea. Our prices will be above the average but at the same time below the prices of a luxury brand. To give more value to your pieces apart from the exclusivity of our designs, we will produce them with a good quality fabric so that they are durable.
Initially we will only start producing T-shirts and sweatshirts since we believe that this is the product that our potential customers focus on the most. We will launch three types of sweatshirts, with prices from € 120 to € 150. T-shirts we will only release two models with prices around € 65. Both products will be available in a multitude of colors, to suit each client.
The business model would work as follows: First, we would buy the shirts from our raw material suppliers. Later stamp our designs through our stampers. Once we have the finished products, the only thing missing is the sale and distribution. Through our website, customers can make all the purchases they want.
Our market will be national clients, since we will start by selling only in Spain. We started with a target audience (between 15 and 40 years old) of 13.5 million people. Once the market study was carried out, it was reduced to 2.25 million people willing to buy our clothes. We have set ourselves the goal of the first year to achieve a market share of 0.3%, which would mean selling a total of 6,750 pieces.
For the viability of our business we require an initial investment of € 60,000 that we will carry out with the contribution of € 30,000 by the two founding partners. The forecast made shows us very encouraging results for the first year. Profits of € 64,196.09 are expected.
Finally, our main objective for these three years is to make ourselves known within this market and to ensure that our brand gains a good reputation. In the long term we would like to create new product lines and make ourselves known abroad in order to continue growing.
