Abstract

The main objective of the project in question is to improve the quality of life of people on a day-to-day basis with an environment-friendly means of transport; the electric scooter. Designed both for consumers of other brands of scooters, those who are not totally satisfied, and for those who do not use this type of transport due to the space they occupy.
First of all, we want to make it clear that we do not simply want to commercialize this type of revolutionary transport and, above all, respectful of the environment, but we want it to be efficient in relation to the space it occupies. During this time, we have noticed that the majority of people who use this transport have the same complaint; space and weight. Many of them do not give importance to this until they are asked about these two questions, it is here that the consumer realizes the room for improvement that this type of personal mobility vehicle has with respect to other means of transport.
Second, we propose a business model that tries to reduce the production costs of the product as much as possible. Thus, Greentech will completely outsource the production and manufacture of each of the scooters, dedicating its activity exclusively to the design of the products and packaging, and to the control of the shipments of its finished products to the points of sale. In this way, maximum control can be obtained, reducing costs and providing the necessary quality in relation to shipments and product production.
Third, Greentech wants to focus most of its resources on one of the elements of the Marketing Mix; the product. Create a design that, in addition to providing remarkable ease of use to the customer, and bringing improvements to the market, will provide a unique and attractive design.
Finally, it is worth mentioning that the company will be constituted by two partners, who will receive through external sources of financing, the initial capital sufficient and necessary to be able to start the economic activity of the company. Also mention that it is a company that starts from scratch, and seeks to make its place in the market, and be recognized in it, for its differential factors in relation to the competition already established in the market.
