Abstract This study aspires to show an internationalization plan for a B2B business. The company planned to internationalize into the LATAM market (Spanish speaker country). A thorough study was conducted to understand the magnitude and feasibility of entering LATAM countries and concluded choosing Chile as the main target. This project was tailored to help Nnergix to expand to the Chilean market with innovative and revolutionary software that gathers and integrates data provided by Solar Panels. Marketing strategies (digital and non-digital) have been adapted to a personalized plan for Nnergix to excel in its market development strategy. Besides, a detailed database has been created stating potential leads and touchpoints that will accelerate Nnergix Network creation in the Chilean market. |
