Abstract

GiftCardz is a Marketplace where you can exchange, sell or buy tickets and gift cards from other physical or virtual establishments. This platform is focused on the small consumer looking for good offers or discounts on the items they want to buy, while offering the small second-hand seller the possibility of getting rid of a ticket or gift card that they do not want and of which they would prefer to recover part of the amount. GiftCardz wants to center its experience around the user, offering protection in their transactions and positioning itself as the reference site in the gift card market.
We believe we have found an uncovered market niche with business potential and that also provides a useful service for society. The following business plan studies the feasibility of this project from various approaches from strategy and finance to the macroeconomic environment and marketing.
