Abstract The aim of this business plan is to study the feasibility of creating a street vending business, with menus prepared by traditional, quality restaurants. With this idea, the aim is to give visibility to the restaurants in order to widen their range of customers outside their localities and also to help them in these difficult times for the sector due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This project makes a study of all the factors that can influence this possible business, debating the pros and cons in each one of them in their viability. |
