Vaccines candidates against COVID-19 SARS-2

Abstract

Nowadays, we are globally affected by a pandemic caused by SARS-Cov-2, a virus that has caused millions of deaths worldwide and continues to cause them today. For this reason, both public and private companies have been investigating to get a vaccine since the onset of the pandemic.
Vaccines for years have helped humanity survive the constant onslaught of disease-causing microorganisms; they have even helped eradicate some of them. In this work a bibliographic search of the vaccines Moderna, Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Janssen, Sputnik will be carried out and a comparison between them will be carried out. They mainly differ in the type of vaccine, its effectiveness and production methodology.
