Abstract

The traveler accommodation market is estimated to have a size of €4,100,000M/year. In it we find options such as hotels, resorts, hostels, apartments or Airbnbs. The common denominator of all of them? Being the main expense of the vacation, thus limiting the opportunities to travel.
CircleHome is a web platform that allows the exchange of homes between users on vacation stays. Thanks to its use, travelers can save up to 80% on their trips and pay for accommodation on their trips.
The platform reinvents the concept of home exchange, adding security, comfort and closeness, with the aim of bringing the movement closer to mainstream culture and expanding the current market (€30M ARR).
The platform is monetized through an annual subscription of €89 that allows unlimited travel. With variable expenses of only €2.5/exchange, profits of €5,000 are expected in the first year and an expansion of the team with international ambition in the third year (income of €189,000) through innovative and alternative tactics in the department of customer acquisition.
CircleHome proposes a new way of traveling, taking home exchanges to a new level and trying to bring them closer to mainstream culture. With this objective in mind, CircleHome not only intends to be another player in the accommodation market, but also to democratize the possibility of traveling, giving power to the traveler.
