Abstract
Our company is called The Tech Barcelona, S.L., and our business is a smart hotel established in the Sarria-Sant Gervasi area.
We have detected that in the city of Barcelona there is a significant lack of hotel businesses that revolutionize the sector in the way it works, applying the use of so-called intelligent robots to the maximum level, a type of business that is already very present on the Asian continent. We believe that this is a very interesting opportunity to introduce this type of hotel business in the city of Barcelona.
In addition, we also consider that in the Sarria-Sant Gervasi area, there are not a large number of hotel opportunities, which for a type of client who seeks more tranquility and to be connected to the city center in a cheap, fast and precise way, is a very suitable area if these seasonal attributes are being sought in Barcelona.
As mentioned above, there is a lack of smart hotel businesses. Our solution would be to provide an accommodation option, in a residential area of one of the most visited cities in the world, based on technology to improve customer service. We want to emphasize that the application of elements of a technological nature in the business is always focused so that the client can enjoy the best possible service provided, it does not go in any other direction.
