Abstract

The objective of this business is to be able to offer our clients a portfolio of miniature perfumes that they can find in vending machines in different public places in Barcelona such as bars, music restaurants, nightclubs, among others. Its purpose is to be able to get people out of a difficulty when they do not have enough time to return home to touch up before attending an appointment or event or even so that they can maintain their good smell and their good appearance during a celebration. which is something that is very much present today. With this business plan, we will shape our idea and we will be able to develop and work on each point, to be able to put it into practice. We know that an American franchise has been selling a very similar product with great success for a relatively few years, but its characteristics are quite different from those of the product we have in mind. Thus, we decided to start our research by doing an analysis of the current environment to see what factors are directly or indirectly related and thus better understand the sector. We will then conduct a detailed analysis of competition and rivalry in the industry in order to determine the profitability of the project and evaluate investment opportunities. At the same time, we will carry out a good marketing strategy and execute the necessary promotional actions to publicize our product and be able to obtain good results and meet our objectives. Finally, we will carry out a financial plan to more accurately determine the viability of the product. It is worth mentioning that our initial capital for the investment of this project is 50,000 euros and that after conducting some studies, using different marketing and sales strategies and conducting a financial analysis, we can affirm that this project is profitable.
