Abstract Venac is a Spanish company, which will be launched on May 6, 2020, with the main objective of facilitating the search and purchase of those cosmetic consumers who are looking for products with specific characteristics; that products are vegan, cruelty-free, and/or natural. That is why we have decided to create a marketplace that will cover all the products of different brands, that follow a good quality/price ratio and that are cruelty-free, natural, and/or vegan. In addition to giving customers visibility to the different firms and products they offer, we are an online "showcase" for those commercial establishments that register in our marketplace. When performing the competition analysis, it was shown that there were companies with similar business models, but that they only came from their own brand, so there are a large number of competitors, but we make the difference in being a "showcase "where customers can find various products from different firms that meet the characteristics of cruelty-free, natural and/or vegan, thus focusing on this market niche that seeks these very specific products. In addition, we help small businesses to give them visibility on an online platform. This is the reason why, as the name suggests, Venaco, Vegan, Natural and Cruelty-free; The creators have found an opportunity to develop points of differentiation of their services with respect to the competition since, on the same page, they cover the products of these brands with the cruelty-free, natural and vegan characteristics. The methodology of this report was applied to the use of primary and secondary resources, which allowed a set of contrasted but complete data collected by institutions and certified professionals. This research on our future business has shown high potential as there are more and more consumers interested in these types of products. The use of various marketing strategies in the market will allow Venaco to obtain the brand name and market share, in order to offer a complete service and satisfy the needs of our clients. The objective of the two Venaco owners will be to make an initial investment of € 18,000, consisting of monetary contributions of € 9,000 each of the partners. This investment will be recovered according to the forecasts made in the second year as sales will progressively increase. |
