The Ignatius 500 digital bibliographic exhibition is organised by the Library Services of all UNIJES centres. We present 69 works that offer a dense but well-balanced overview of the time, life and legacy of Ignatius of Loyola, which is perpetuated to this day in the Society of Jesus.
These works are a tiny part of the bibliographic holdings of these universities which, for the first time, have worked together to offer us a drop of the best of this heritage that is at our service. We hope you enjoy this bibliographical journey through the life of Ignatius of Loyola and his time.
A wound in a battle started it all. Battles and wounds that, in different ways and places, are still unfortunately all too present in our world. Thanks to the UNIJES Library Services for this work of memory, but also of inspiration for each of you who enter this exhibition.
