Abstract

Business idea: The business idea lies in facilitating the proposal and organization of plans and events providing and simplifying all processes through a single channel. The platform will absorb the debate about the plans, and will provide users with information about the place, date and time of the event, as well as its possible price and will offer the possibility of carrying out payment through the application. Additionally, it will allow users to share files through the app once event ended.
The goal is to limit obstacles to creating plans, as well as eliminate barriers social that can prevent the execution of these. In addition, we offer a land where develop plans that are events created by companies and that users can acquire through our App.

Company and address: The company is based in Barcelona. The management of We In is made up of Luís Martínez Creus and Marçal Pardo Pardo. Two graduate students in Business Administration with some experience and knowledge of the market.

Business necessities: Facilitate the organization of plans. Avoid long procedures to be able to organize a plan and Increase efficiency by connecting with friends to see their availability. Eliminate social barriers that make socializing with less close friends difficult. Finally, many people decide to contact their friends in one way, split the costs in another and make payments for a different one to send the photographs again through the first method. Our application wants to absorb all the functionalities required to create a plan or event from beginning to end.

Market trends: We identify the applications market as a highly competitive market. The extensive offer of different applications for the same function implies a high level of substitute products to ours. For this same reason, the ease and low cost of switching for the consumer, customers They have a high level of negotiation with companies, especially when it comes to large companies and exclusivity agreements. However, the bargaining power is low for clients who only have our platform as a way to acquire what they want and legal entities that wish to advertise on the platform, who must abide by the conditions to sign their purchase. Furthermore, there is an existing threat regarding the entry of new competitors, since Entry barriers are weak. The initial investment required is low and companies and Startups in the sector do not need economies of scale to grow, so they do it a very attractive market for companies. However, the know-how, economic capacity and large market share of some competitors scares away many of them.

Financial projections: Based on the market size and our defined market area, our Sales projections for the first year are €130,233.60 and this figure increases in the coming years, because our supplier base will increase during the years. To start running the business, some funds are required, which we have divided into own capital, capital contributed by the partners, which is €15,000 per part from Luís and another €15,000 from Marçal. In addition, of this investment, we must go to the banks to request a long-term loan of €30,000. We have concluded after doing a thorough financial evaluation of the company in the first three years, that it would be possible to achieve benefits from year 2 onwards.
