Abstract

This project aims to explain some of the techniques that can be used in image processing to determine the quality of tilapia in the fish and seafood trading process. To this purpose, an exhaustive study of the quality industry in the fishing sector has been carried out to find alternatives to the manual, expensive and error-prone processes that are currently being implemented. Various machine learning techniques have been analyzed throughout the training to find the most robust algorithm possible for each stage of the learning process.
