Abstract

In the present writing a real case is developed in the present company in which I work called Thinking Forward. Throughout the project the different factors to launch a new product line in the market are studied.
The solution offered consists of a sensor with the ability to capture parameters of its environment and communicate this information. This is viewed through a web-based platform, so it can be accessed from any device with Internet access. With the priority that it is an easy solution to implement and is available to all, without the need for prior knowledge. This project is known as Blacknest.
Throughout the business plan are strategies and means to make the product known in the market. Through the analysis and information gathered, it has been decided to separate Blacknest into two branches: Blacknest Indoor, for domestic and commercial use, and Blacknest Rugged, for industrial use.
Once the research and development phase of the product has been completed, the prices of the solution offered have been established. Due to the confidential nature of the company's accounts, the financial plan developed in this work is carried out with modified data. In order to collaborate with the company's accounting staff, prices and sales forecasting are justified and developed.
Finally, it is announced that this project is not closed, is still evolving and the content has been adapted to be presented as a final degree project.
