Abstract At DEALCAN we reward users who deposit empty containers in our machines located in supermarkets or public places, either through a raffle or cash payments (whether or not the SDDR system is implemented). • If the SDDR system is NOT applied, the end user keeps 10% of the value through a discount voucher valued at € 75. The draw will be made when the 60,000 PET cans / containers have been reached. If the SDDR system is applied, the end user would not receive this extra 10%, only the return of the deposit. Clearly, there will be 2 different advertising channels, in order to cover both the end customer (supermarket) and the end user: • Advertising on television, newspapers and social networks to reach the user and make him aware of the need and personal benefits of recycling. According to a study carried out by ECOEMBES, explained later, DEALCAN has the potential to receive 1,400,000 packages per month. |
