Abstract

Human-machine interfaces (HMI) are key when wanting to establish control and monitoring of processes, as well as in high-speed trains, mechanization processes, automated processes in laboratories or any production process in the chemical industry. Its design together with the training of the operators is decisive in safety systems or in programmed instructions in the industry.
This project consists of the design and development of an application that simulates the panel of a chemical process, so that the process can be controlled. The application should allow to evaluate the response of this panel as a human-machine interface through synchronization. It will be tested if synchronization between users is a good method for measuring how trained different users are.
