Abstract

The pharmaceutical sector is a unique industrial sector, both due to its high level of regulation and the high development costs and duration of its R&D projects.
Given these particularities, the possibility of creating an easy-to-use computer tool that enables the visualization, evolution and monitoring of a portfolio of pharmaceutical projects is proposed.
For this, it is essential to analyze which are the parameters on which the tool should be based, weighing the impact of each of them and establishing the necessary relationships between them.
