Abstract The present project pretends to study and design an innovative electrical guitar case that presents new functionalities that cannot be found at the current market. The main target is to give at this new product a plus of comfort and ergonomics concerning the competence in the market. This project has gone through different phases. First if all, market research has been done in order to meet the existent solutions regarding guitar cases. Later on, a survey has been done to the audience to meet the opinion in verse some new aspects that the proposed product presents. A study of every functionality that a user can appreciate in a case has been carried out, and it has been filtered by those that, according to the opinion of the market, have greater relevance. A structural and force study has been done to ensure the correct operation of the design before launching the product into production. And finally, the manufacturing process and the materials that comprise it have been studied. Like any project related to the launch of a new product, an economic study has also been included in which the cost of this project is evaluated both in terms of making a first functional prototype, and in terms of a person to develop this study, either internally to the company or externally. |
