Abstract

There are thousands of car rental companies throughout the national territory, using fleets of combustion vehicles with an average age of over 5 years, so the damage to society as a whole is evident. There are also motorcycle-sharing companies in large cities, with expensive solutions and in some cases inefficient for tourists.
Our business consists of offering 125 cc electric motorcycles to tourists, through hotels and tourist establishments. Through the web, the tourist registers and can enjoy the daily rental of this vehicle.
Our main source of income is the daily rental of motorcycles to clients of hotels, campsites or villages.
To carry out the project, and to be able to have enough capital to ensure economic activity, € 135,000 will be needed, of which the founders would contribute 40%, thus requiring the injection of capital from external investors.
The profitability threshold will be achieved during the second year, specifically from month 22. With 6,288 services performed and a cumulative billing of € 157,137.12.
In the first year, the number of services offered is estimated at 3,450 and after this year, they are expected to double annually, more than 6,000 in the second year and more than 12,000 in the third year, in neutral scenarios.
Regarding the estimated results, it is expected in the first year it had losses amounting to € 17,612.23 but in the second year, the result would achieve € 12,420.13 of profit and in the third € 69,141.20.
It should be noted that in all the foreseen months there are no problems of cash tension, which is relevant the impact of the positive cash.
When the founders of the project are: CEO and CFO: Christian Velarde Alonso. Graduated in ADE, financial auditor at PWC, was a consultant for (AAS) at KPMG and a former analyst at SEAT.
CEO and CMO: Javier Pérez Zúñiga. Graduated in ADE, consultant at N3XT Sports and ex-associate at Port Aventura park.
We are convinced of the economic viability of the project, due to the growing impact of tourism in our territory and environmental awareness. This factor combined with knowledge in the sector and a strategic partnership with the founder of a hotel chain will make us position ourselves in the market with a competitive advantage.
Without neglecting economic profitability, this project has an important social component. The founders agreed on corporate measures of a community nature, which will be applied in order to create a positive impact on society and revert part of the benefit to the community.
