Abstract
The project is based on a business idea focused on selling to car rental companies. Time is one of the most important factors in people's travels, but when you rent a vehicle, all paperwork, paperwork, and pickup are a big waste of that time, which can range from 20 minutes to 1 hour. But what if you could do all the paperwork, and even open and start the vehicle from your cell phone?
The idea is based on an application, focused on this market sector and to repair this need, in which you could save this waiting time.
The model is based on the fact that companies insert the hardware in the vehicle to be able to access it from the phone. They will be in charge of buying our devices so that we can provide great convenience to consumers and be able to reduce costs by not needing so many staff.
In Barcelona alone there are more than 30 car rental companies, and every year more than 230,000 vehicles are sold for this sector, this implies a large market size and with a need to repair. In the first 3 years the company would focus on small businesses, being able to gain ground in the market for the fourth year negotiating with a large company.
In the first years, sales of devices between 150-200 units have been planned. twice as much, so that the profitability of the company would be guaranteed.
The initial investment required is € 200,000, as planned, this amount is enough to keep the company for the first 3 years and have growth capacity for the following, so it can be a small amount compared to the benefits it will bring.
