Abstract
Hotel L'Orangerie offers a more classic and differentiated alternative to the rest of the hotels on the Costa Dorada. The most common of tourism in this area is to focus it on large mass audiences with less purchasing power.
The Orangerie de Clos Barenys is an existing family business dedicated to holding events, and we have seen the opportunity to expand the business model through the creation of a hotel. It has the necessary land to carry out the project.
To all this, we must add that we already have part of the necessary space. However, in the financial plan we will detail the investment plan necessary to carry out the entire expansion of the project.
The style of the Relais Chateaux is an unusual type of hotel, more prevalent on the Costa Brava. Our approach is to offer the client a unique and highly personalized stay as differential factors with respect to our competitors.
Finally, our project has very attractive ratios and projections and a high return on investment.
