Abstract

Vibration analysis is the main technique for monitoring and diagnosing rotary machines and implementing a predictive maintenance plan. This technique has been applied efficiently for over 30 years as companies begin to value this system for its security and economic savings benefits.
This project consists of the implementation of this technique in the area of ​​alternative fuels of meat flours in the plant of the company LafargeHolcim of Montcada I Reixac. In this context, twelve teams have been studied in detail and monitored.
With all this, it is intended to know its status and increase, mainly, its availability as an asset.
