Abstract As the market is changing to smaller and more customized batches, the project consists on the design the first phase of a fast and easy to transport, build, implement and relocate factory, capable of producing small batches of flavors (from raw materials to shipping) with the minimum amount of time (short lead time), footprint, resources, inventory and with high customization. To address the previous goal, new technologies (predictive maintenance, industry 4.0, digital lean) and the percentage of automation will be explored according to the necessities. |
