Abstract
This work is part of the installation project for a 50 MW photovoltaic plant.
Solar energy is one of the green energy options with the most output in Spanish territory due to its favorable climatic characteristics. In this way, the project begins with the search for a viable location for the implementation of the plant and continues with the selection of the electrical equipment for the generation, transmission, and distribution of electrical energy in charge of transporting it to the network. high voltage distribution. For this reason, a location has been chosen for the installation of the plant with some proximity to one of the high-voltage electrical transformer substations belonging to REE, specifically with the SET of La Juneda.
A large part of the project is based on verifying that said equipment meets the requirements proposed in terms of electricity production and, furthermore, that it maintains optimum effi-ciency values within the framework of the different technologies available on the market. An approximate estimate of the project budget has also been made, taking into account both civil works, installation and maintenance of the plant as well as the auxiliar services. Its total estimated cost is €31,720,500.
