Abstract This aim of this business plan is to assess the feasibility of building up a service company, specifically, a Data Analytics consultancy, which offers by way of Data Science techniques, the possibility of analyzing the environment of brands and its products or services, through the exhaustive analysis of social networks, via comments and publications made by all kinds of users. To do this, a series of studies have been carried out to observe the viability of this company to gain market share. According to the results obtained, it seems an affordable and viable business, since following a conservative sales plan, the company would start to make profits at the beginning of the third year. |
