Abstract

The main goal of this essay is to explain how WCM methodology can be implemented within a factory, and to understand its benefits, having a deeper look at the specific case of a milkrun implementation project with the goal of achieving an improvement in the internal logistics flow.
In order to do so, measurements will be done to confirm the evolution of the project.
