Abstract Both pharmaceutical companies and pharmacy offices aim to improve the quality of life of patients. For this reason, they must dedicate resources and efforts to implement sustainable business models to avoid negatively impacting the three main areas: environmental, social and economic. Since the approval of the UN Sustainable Development Goals in 2015, many governments and companies are dedicating efforts to solving the main problems that affect the population of the world. Despite all the measures, the ideal situation has not yet been reached. This study aims to carry out a bibliographic search on the sustainability measures currently implemented by large pharmaceutical companies and to study the effects of them in pharmacy offices. |
