Abstract The study consists of a proposal for the expansion of a wastewater treatment plant in Antofagasta, Chile. The current installation presents a great opportunity to treat more water in order to be reused in the city. In this project the aim is to find the most suitable treatment technology taking into account the available space, the investment costs and the need for water reuse. |
