Abstract Las Terceras [1] is a small business with more than 200 years of history. They are engaged in agricultural activity and in the production of Manchego P.D.O cheeses, which are made from the milk given from the livestock present on the farm. On their agricultural holding they cultivate a variety of crops such as wheat, barley and rye. Adding to this, they have an extense field of olive trees, which they sell to nearby cooperatives. |
