Abstract In the market, we can mainly find Milk (Whey) based protein bars while we can’t find Egg based donuts bars. The fact is that egg protein is healthier and gives a greater apport of nutriments to the body. The targets customers are young adults and adults interested in body health, nutrition, exercising and gym workout. We are going to commercialize the product mainly through retail via internet but also with partnerships with gyms where they can sell the products in vending machines. The distribution is going to be externalized to distribution companies that can deliver customers directly to home, the product is going to be stocked in our warehouse from where it is going to be delivered to customer. The revenue will be generated through profit margins by selling product to customers. We estimate a profit that will rise whenever we have bigger portions of the market. |
