Operational efficiency and effectiveness in meeting demand are priority objectives for com-panies nowadays. The main objective of this project is to carry out an analysis of the capacity of a production plant and its interrelation with the supply chain.
A specific scenario is described, solutions to the plant's capacity problems are proposed and a series of KPIs are proposed as metrics to evaluate the evolution of the situation studied. Possible future scenarios are triggered in which the adopted solutions are reflected.
