Abstract One of the most sought-after goals by all companies is greater efficiency through cost optimization, without neglecting quality and customer service standards. In order to optimize the Grifols Diagnostic supply chain, the main object of this project is both the definition of the value stream map of the supply chain processes and the definition, development, and implementation of various process indicators considered by the monitoring, control, and improvement of these. It also covers the evolution of the early stages of the development and implementation of communication cycles based on the various previously defined indicators, a tool that allows the creation of an agile and two-way channel of communication both interdepartmental and intradepartmental. |
