Abstract In any industrial company it is essential to have the appropriate facilities to obtain the license and to develop its activity. This project aims to cover the needs of a company whose activity is the storage and dispatch of fruit. All the facilities that make up the project have been drawn up in compliance with current regulations. The facilities available in the warehouse are: refrigeration for proper storage of fruit over time, air conditioning in all spaces except the parking lot, loading dock and cold storage, fire prevention, sanitation, drinking water, ACS, lighting and electricity. The document also includes an economic study and an environmental impact study to reduce the footprint in the environment. |
