Abstract

SuppOut is a company dedicated to after-treatment service for parts manufactured by additive manufacturing technology or 3D printing. The elimination of the support is a tedious task that requires time and money on the part of the companies or their users. With this treatment, unique in the sector, it is possible to obtain fully functional finished pieces, eliminating the support without affecting the properties of the material.
SuppOut will target the global market, focusing on Europe, the United States and Asia. 3D technology presents a compound annual growth rate close to 25% and the global market is expected to reach 64 billion dollars in the coming years. The company will focus on two fronts: Suppliers of printing materials and printers and companies that use this technology. Good market penetration is expected due to the simplicity and usefulness of the method for the problems it poses for many companies.

The company will have two fronts:

1) Receive, treat and return the parts for customers with a small volume of business or who do not want to treat the parts themselves at a unit cost based on the volume that an equivalent diagonal rectangular prism would occupy.

2) Sale of the material necessary to carry out the treatment, training to carry it out and maintenance in the event that the process is necessary in the event of encountering any type of incident. This front is focused on those companies with a higher volume of use that it is profitable to have the equipment in the plant due to efficiency issues, both economic and time. These users will pay an annual negotiable royalty for the use of the system that is protected by patent and a variable entry cost depending on the equipment needs of each company.
