Abstract Today there are many types of reservation applications, but none focused on both the hospitality and hotel sectors. Therefore, our business idea is to create an application in which you can reserve as many restaurant tables as hotel rooms. The service we offer is done through an application. This will be a social network, where you can share photos, videos and opinions, as well as rate the establishments. On the other hand, the application will have different types of folders (favourites, places where you want to visit, etc.). Our application contains two methods of income: the Premium Quota: €2.50 per month (by users who wish to access it) and the payment of the reservation system that we offer to restaurants and hotels: €21.00 per month (software). The Premium Fee offers more discounts and promotions, we want to offer exclusivity to those users who agree to pay said fee. Our market is delimited mainly in the cities of Barcelona and Madrid, therefore, the total number of inhabitants in both cities is 4,843,000 people. Although we must emphasize that our target is made up of people between the ages of 18 and 35. The expected sales (both from users and software) are: €98,197.45 in the first year, €179,335.76 in the second year and €344,155.43 in the third year; which gives us a total of €611,688.64 for the first three years of activity. The economic viability of our business is correct. According to the different types of ratio, the company receives a good return, although the resources we have (in this case, cash) must be used correctly. Next, we will leave the results of the ratios in the first year: Working Capital → €23,741.87; Cash Ratio → 4.28; Solvency Ratio → 5.27; Debt Ratio → 0.19; ROA → 14.73%; ROE → 18.18%; Leverage →3.45%. The total capital contributed by each of the partners (Virginia Liñan and Marc Teixidó) will be €27,000. The financing of the investment will be made between the partners. |
