Abstract

Alligator is a new business model, based on offering and distributing the best chicken wings in the metropolitan area of Barcelona.
Our business sells exclusively this type of food since it is an unexploited market within the great growth of deliveries. For this reason, and because the product is highly requested especially by the youngest. Our way of operating is from a dark kitchen, since we only need a space equipped to cook. All order distribution is handled by companies highly experienced in this sector, such as Glovo and UberEATS.
