Abstract

Our project is about a bagel shop, which is based on a take-away restaurant focused on the American style, although we will also have the option of being able to eat in the place that will have a bar and few tables.
With our project, what we seek is to connect the high rhythm of a cosmopolitan city like Barcelona, ​​with healthy food. We believe that it is a project that can succeed since all the fast food that we have at the moment is associated with very unhealthy food and therefore we want to change this idea with our company.
As an added value, we can say that we also cover a small need for vegans given the difficulty they have in finding a restaurant of the style that we want to offer, that is, rather fast food, but that is healthy and at the same time adapt to what this type of client expects to obtain.
We believe that it is important to always take care of the environment in mind, that is why we will be an eco-friendly restaurant and we will take measures in favor, in order to complete the image we want to convey.
A strong point that we want to highlight is that our small restaurant will be set in an American style. We want it to stand out, be attractive and invite you to enter.
As for product, we will offer many types and different varieties:

- Vegan - Sweets
- Vegetarians - With vegetables
- Gluten free - And many more
- Savory

We want our product to be oriented so that its consumption is carried out at any time of the day and for any type of person. That is why we consider it important to have so much variety.
It should be noted that the ingredients will be Km 0 to encourage businesses in our country and to assure our customers that they are of quality.
The price of the bagels will depend on the ingredients you have. But as we explain later, we have carried out a study and we have considered that they will be around 7.5 euros. A not excessively high price.
They will be made in the same establishment and with a half-open kitchen so that customers can see the process of how they are made.
Later, our idea will be to be able to make our bagels to food trucks to take them to many markets that are made in Catalonia. We believe that if our project is positive and succeeds in moving forward, this idea can fit perfectly in this type of event.
As stated in "New York Magazine" by Adam Platt, a well known American food critic; The bagel is back on the streets of the big city and also has no intention of leaving anytime soon. Therefore, we want this product to also flood the streets of our great city and also to be able to get American tourists to visit us with the intention of returning and recommending it. The new concept of bagel, not only returns as a fast food sandwich to take the place of hamburgers and tacos. It is intended to stand out as the star food of a calm, simple and relaxed meal, which can be eaten both on a daily basis, as in a pleasant Sunday Lunch.
