Abstract The project in question is about an innovative household appliance, more specifically, a portable lunch box, capable of heating any food, anywhere, without the need to be connected to the current. The business plan is intended to cover the needs of all those people who cannot heat the food prepared at home, neither in the office nor on occasional excursions to the mountains or on the beach and / or camping; something very common throughout Spain thanks to the diversity of landscapes, rural areas and mountains that exist.It is an innovative product in which we have great confidence, since its revolutionary design will allow us to reach the attention of a large number of people. The product itself is divided into two main parts, the lid and the base. The lid makes all the microwave operation possible since it is in it where all the technical components are integrated, for the creation of the microwaves. We will take care of attaching the cover and the base for subsequent sale or distribution. We will specifically have two different sales models. First, direct sales to the consumer. Through our website, the customer can buy our product online for € 75. On the other hand, our most important income model will be that of the mass sale or sale to the distributor (MediaMarkt, El Corte Inglés ...). That is, to sell our product in large quantities at a price closer to the cost price, specifically, at € 60. In this way, it will be easier for us to reach consumers and for them to know us, but, on the other hand, production levels must be much higher. The company will initially be made up of a team of 5 employees, two managers, 2 operators and a salesperson. From the second and third years, the growth of income and customers, will require an increase in the workforce in terms of operators and commercials. Regarding financing, it is important to note that the initial share capital will be € 150,000, contributed 50% for each of the two partners. We also want to highlight, as will be seen later, that the first year we will have losses but that from the second year, according to our financial predictions, we will recover the losses of the first year. Already in the third year the increase in earnings will be exponential. Finally, we would like to comment that the basis of this project resides in the hypothesis of the design and development of the lid. This component will be carried out by a group of engineers external to the company and its cost and that of the patent will be our responsibility. |
