Abstract

Development of a business plan for the creation of an online store for the sale of construction and building materials "G&L".
The purpose of the work is to develop a business plan for the creation of an online store in the field of trade in construction and buildings materials.
The object of the study is Barcelona's business related to the provision of Internet services in the construction sector. The subject of the study is a business plan for creating an online store in the field of trade in construction and building materials. In the process of work, an analysis of the market of Internet services in the field of construction was carried out (the need of residents of the city of Barcelona for the services of the projected store was identified; the activities of existing competitors were investigated, the influence of environmental factors was studied and a sales plan was developed) and an online store business plan in the field of trade in construction and buildings materials was developed (the organizational and legal form of the projected the company has developed an organizational and production plan, as well as activities related to the promotion of online store services). As a result of the study, the economic efficiency of creating an online store is justified and an assessment of financial risks is carried out. The relevance of the chosen topic is due to the fact that the change in socioeconomic priorities in the Spanish economy has predetermined the development of entrepreneurial activity. Small enterprises began to be considered as a basic component of economic development, by achieving an optimal structure of business objects. This, in turn, implies a revision of the assessment of the effectiveness of entrepreneurial activity and, as a result, the development and implementation of a flexible strategy and management tactics, requires high quality and efficiency of management decisions, the development of powerful economic motivation and personal responsibility for the results of production. The development of small business contributes to the optimization of the structure of the economy, and first of all, the regional one, thanks to the flexibility and ability to occupy the smallest market niches. It promotes flexible restructuring of production, employment growth, the formation of an entrepreneurial culture, active innovation, determines the accumulation of capital, smoothes social conflicts. It should be noted that entrepreneurial activity reflects not only the number of registered enterprises, but also a number of indicators characterizing the real financial and economic activity of small enterprises - the share in GDP, the average number of employees, the volume of turnover, investments in fixed assets. The formation of small entrepreneurship as a dynamically developing part of the market sector of the country's economy, as well as the presence of various financial and credit institutions serving small enterprises, and the difficulties encountered in attracting investment resources require changing the methods and methods of state support for small entrepreneurship. Small businesses are very important for the normal functioning of the economy. Small business has a significant impact on the development of the national economy, solving social problems, and increasing the number of employed workers. High rates of innovation, mobility of technological changes, introduction of inventions, rapid growth of the service sector and employment, acute price and non–price competition, leading, on the one hand, to lower prices, and on the other - to the fact that the consumer receives high-quality products and services, the opportunity for the state to receive large funds in the form of tax revenues – all this is the contribution of small enterprises to the country's economy. All these and other economic and social functions of small business put its development in the category of the most important state tasks, make it an integral part of the reform of the Spanish economy. The purpose of the final thesis is to develop a business plan for the creation of an online store in the field of trade in finishing and construction materials. In accordance with this goal, it is necessary to solve the following tasks:

a) To study the essence and features of the market of online trade in finishing and construction materials.
b) To investigate the needs of potential consumers and the capabilities of existing competitors, determining the competitive advantages of the projected online store.
c) Develop a business plan for the creation of an online store in the field of trade in finishing and construction materials in Barcelona.
d) Provide an economic justification for the proposed business plan and assess the financial risks of the projected online store.

The object of the study of this work is a small business in Catalonia associated with the provision of Internet services in the construction sector.
The subject of the study is a business plan for creating an online store in the field of trade in construction and building materials. The final thesis contains an introduction, the main chapters, a conclusion and a list of references. The analysis of the market of Internet services in the field of construction is carried out: the need of Barcelona residents for the services of the projected store was identified; the activities of existing competitors were investigated; the influence of environmental factors was studied, and a sales plan was developed. Also, the development of an online store business plan: the organizational and legal form of the projected company is substantiated; an organizational and production plan, as well as activities related to the promotion of online store services, are developed; an economic justification of the projected store is presented, and an assessment of financial risks is carried out.
The final thesis is written on the basis of textbooks, the study of legislative and regulatory acts, Internet sources, periodical literature and methodological material.
