Abstract

In this final Master's thesis the aim is to propose a financial plan by analyzing the different objectives for the Rossi Bianchi family. In this study we want to show two strategies to be able to achieve their purposes.
The first alternative includes investing in real estate assets. While the second alternative is based on investing in financial assets (specifically in mutual funds). Always keeping in mind two factors: the time horizon and the objectives that serve to respond to the needs of the family.
