Abstract
The main objective of this project is to achieve a business idea that is innovative and social and that includes everything necessary to put it into practice.
As the title of the work expresses: CAZAM STUDYCOFFEE, we have carried out a research work on a new coworking business model without staff. We welcome you to the first Self-service cafeteria in Barcelona, open 24 hours a day to the public, every day of the week. The attraction will be based on the use of a quiet, pleasant place due to its work or student concentration, low costs, in the city center, open 24 hours a day and seven days a week. Transforming into an incubator of good environment, entrepreneurship, concentration, creativity and inspiration to nurture the most hardworking spirit, in order to stop using the more traditional methods of chaotic and noisy libraries.
In order to carry out our business idea, we have been guided by countless guidelines, from external to internal factors. Over the months the study has been increasingly detailed and precise. Taking into account that our project had to be economically sustainable, from the financial point of view, the theoretical framework has been analyzed and explained from the point of view of viability and sustainability.
Throughout the research, we have focused on our business idea and how we would like it to work at the time we launch our idea as well with a vision for the future. We have been able to analyze the different areas of business, marketing and sales, HR, strategies, operations, legal framework and financial economic plan, until we have a business model that can be implemented in the real world.
The size of the market is growing rapidly, it is at its peak and more so in Barcelona, since it is one of the cities with the highest concentration of startups in Europe. For this reason we believe that the marketing and advertising campaigns that we can carry out are very important to make ourselves known and to be able to maximize our sales. We estimate initial sales for the first year of € 44,800.00. However, the benefits will be negative during the first period. To start with Cazam we do not require a large initial investment, we want to start with € 10,000 each to be able to assume the main expenses.
We want to highlight the delicacy and coherence that we have wanted to transmit in all the sections, that is, we have wanted to spread our mission, vision and values in each of the words of our study.
