Abstract The aim of this work is to perform a descriptive analysis of the General Shareholders' Meetings in China from 2005 to 2018. Additionally, this work details how the files should be constructed in order to perform a subsequent analysis of anormal returns through market model on the day a Board is held through a specific program to obtain such results.
